Another important step was the introduction of innovative communication systems between rooms, reception and bar, made possible by the purchase of 17 Alexa Smart Properties devices. These devices are revolutionising the way guests interact with reception and hotel services. Once in the room, guests can use Alexa with voice commands to turn on the lights, adjust the air conditioning, send messages to reception, ask about the city, check the weather and get other useful information.
To protect guests’ privacy, which is particularly important in the hotel industry, the necessary licences for the management systems were purchased. In addition, the website was completely revamped with a migration to the WordPress platform. In this new version, all information request forms have been eliminated to encourage customers to use the online booking engine for reservations. Photo content has also been developed and specific forms for ordering breakfast directly online have been implemented.
Finally, the corporate presentation was taken care of, with a focus on technological innovation, as well as cookie management and privacy protection, to ensure a complete and secure digital experience.
